Each morning coffee will be ready for you from 6:00 am. Breakfast starts at 7 am giving you plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal before boarding the dive boats.

The menu includes the usual favorites such as scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, hot cakes, French toast, and plenty of fresh fruit. Also included in the buffet are local favorites such as "Huevos a la Mexicana", "Huevos Motuleños", and "Huevos Rancheros or Burritos", as well as refried beans and red or green chilaquiles. To satisfy your sweet taste, "Pan Dulce" is served fresh baked every day.

Coffee, tea, juice, milk and water is also readily available.
